Being human in medicine matters.
A space for clinicians and healthcare leaders seeking a more grounded, connected, and sustainable way to practice medicine.
Medicine has become efficient, measured, and often disconnected from the very thing that gives it meaning—our humanity.
You feel it.
The pressure to move faster.
To do more.
To hold it all together.
And somewhere along the way, it becomes easy to lose touch with yourself—your voice, your values, your sense of purpose.
Something essential is being asked of us now.
Not to leave medicine—
but to reclaim how we are in it.
My work lives at that intersection.
Through writing, coaching, and conversation, I create space for clinicians to step out of survival mode and reconnect with clarity, agency, and meaning in their work.
After 35 years in medicine, I’ve seen how easily we lose ourselves—and what becomes possible when we don’t.
I am a voice that is helping shape how we think about being human in medicine.
There are a few ways we can explore this work together.
1:1 Coaching
A grounded, reflective space to think clearly, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with intention.
Writing & Reflections
Explorations of the inner life of medicine—and what it means to practice with integrity and presence.
Conversations & Collaboration
Partnering with leaders and organizations to cultivate a more human-centered culture of care.
This is not about doing more.
It’s about being differently—
with yourself, with your patients, and within the system you are part of.
If something here resonates, you’re in the right place.
