A Place to Begin

There are times in our professional and personal lives when we find ourselves facing questions that deserve more attention than the pace of everyday life allows.

Perhaps you're navigating a transition, wrestling with a difficult decision, or wondering how to approach a relationship or leadership challenge.

Perhaps something in your work or life no longer feels quite right. Or perhaps you're simply curious about what might be possible.

You don't need to have a clearly defined problem—or know exactly what you're looking for—to begin.

Coaching offers a place to pause, reflect, and explore what matters to you.

How I Work

I approach coaching as a thoughtful, collaborative partnership grounded in curiosity, respect, and the belief that people have the capacity to find their own way forward.

My approach is informed by 35 years as a physician, much of that time devoted to behavioral health, and a deep appreciation for the ways our relationships and experiences shape us—and for our lifelong capacity to grow and change.

You bring the questions, experiences, and possibilities you want to explore.

I bring attentive listening, thoughtful questions, and observations that may help you see things from a different perspective.

The answers do not come from me.

My role is to help you deepen your understanding of yourself and your circumstances, recognize possibilities you may not have considered, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

What Might Bring You to Coaching?

People seek coaching for many reasons.

You may be:

  • Navigating a professional or personal transition

  • Exploring questions of identity, purpose, or direction

  • Facing a leadership challenge or a difficult relationship

  • Questioning whether the way you've been working is sustainable

  • Seeking greater confidence in your decisions and your own judgment

  • Curious about new possibilities for your work or life

You don't need to fit into any particular category. Coaching begins with whatever matters most to you.

Getting Started

We begin with a complimentary introductory conversation.

This is an opportunity to talk about what brings you here, what you're hoping for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

If we decide to proceed, I typically offer coaching in a series of six sessions over twelve weeks. Meeting regularly allows time for reflection, exploration, and putting new insights into practice between conversations.

At the end of those twelve weeks, we can reflect on what has been helpful and whether you'd like to continue. There is no expectation of an ongoing commitment.
